Gordes
Near Vaucluse, Gordes is a famous touristic, gastronomic and cultural place. This village has many traditions and its architecture with grey or white houses is highly picturesque. Gordes is also known for its painting exhibitions because many famous painters used to live here - Andre Lhote, Marc Chagall or Pol Mara. The exceptional Bories village will welcome you with surprising rounded buildings. And do not forget to visit the Senanque Abbey and Bouillons mill.
Avignon
Avignon is the cultural jewel of Provence thanks to its history and art. Former Pope's center, Avignon managed to presrve its architecture. Once you walked under one of the 7 doors to the city center, you can visit the Pope's Palace of the XIVth century. Do not forget the famous Avignon bridge and the museums of the little Palace and the Roure Palace. You can stroll in the lanes to discover the Antic quarter and the Clock Place to join the Doms Rock.
Fontaine de Vaucluse
Fontaine de Vaucluse or Vallis Clausa gets its name from a source near a waterfall of 230m high. This is the most powerful fountain in France and the 5th worldwide. Fontaine de Vaucluse inspired artists like Frederic Mistral or Francois Petrarque who has his museum. You can enjoy walks by the Sorgue river. You'll taste the local cuisine and in particular the trout at Chez Philip.
Saint Rémy de Provence
Saint Remy de Provence is in the heart of the Alpilles and welcomes you with magnificient restored houses, ancient lanes, nice fountains and terraces to enjoy the sun. This village has an outstanding cultural heritage with hotels converted into museums, art galleries, chapels and convents. You'll visit the great baths and the archeological center with the Sade hotel. With its beauty and its charm, this little town welcomed Van Gogh who painted near 150 paintings of St Remy de Provence.
Les Baux de Provence
Les Baux de Provence is ranked among the Most Beautiful French Villages with its natural regional park of the Alpilles. This town is rich of historical heritage with around 22 Historical ranked monuments like Baux Castel, Saint Vincent Church, Louis Jou foundation and Yves Brayer Museum. The beauty of this area is made of little places, shaded terraces and narrow lanes. Historical remains can be discovered by foot. Gourmets will be delighted by a meal at the Oustau de Baumaniere, a 18th century house, 2-star gastronomic rstaurant in the Michelin guidebook.
Isle sur Sorgue
Isle sur Sorgue is a little village of Southern France also known as the "Comtat Venice". Its historical heritage is very rich: Notre Dame des Anges is evidence of it. Isle sur la Sorgue has a Sunday market and Antic fairs. This charming place can also be discovered by walking in the lanes with paddle wheels.
Marseilles
Marseilles has built a excellent reputation over the years. This city founded by the Phocee Greek in 600 bc is the oldest French city. Visit Marseilles and discover splendid touristic places to live the animated atmosphere and wander in the little lanes. Must in Marseilles: Mjor Cathedral, Vieille Charite, Notre Dame de la Garde, Longchamps and Pharo Palaces and Jardin des Vestiges.
Aix-en-Provence
Aix en Provence is the city of Paul Cezanne, the painter. Wandering in Aix is an opportunity to walk on his steps. This is about sun and gastronomy. In the old town center, you'll visit the Church where the painter got married and also the Granet Museum. You can have a tour on the Mirabeau Cours, the main street famous for its mansions and the Café des Deux Garçons where Cezanne and Zola used to meet each other.
Arles

Arles is 60km away from Aix en Provence: Provence traditions and historical heritage are its landmarks. Arles has many historical and cultural World UNESCO Heritage Monuments. You'll visit the Antic Arles Museum, Romain arenas, the cathedral and the Saint Trophisme cloister. Arles is the door to the Camargues: swamps, salines, ponds, whites horses and red flamingos. This is a cultural place, refuge for Van Gogh, Gauguin or Picasso.

Bandol
Bandol is located West Toulon and East Marseilles. It is one of the smallest cities between these two. You'll enjy a walk on the harbour to admire 1500 boats, yachts, fishermen boats and big sailboats.Do not hesitate to stop by and have a drink in a restaurant or bar alongside the harbour. Bandol is also producing wines, some of them are best in France. Bandol beaches are waiting for you between Coved rock and the hills behind the city.
